As a mathematics major with English as a second language, I was certain my career would be built on numbers.
Years in investing only reinforced that belief.
Yet throughout my career, I kept encountering the one variable no model could fully price: people.

Haskil is a Hebrew word that conveys insight, wisdom, and prudent judgment. It felt like the right name for a firm built on one central idea: better decisions create better outcomes.
Over the last two decades, I have worked across investing, real estate, hospitality, development, leadership advisory, and executive search. I have evaluated businesses as an investor and helped build them as an advisor.
